The Online Admission Portal was developed to provide online admission services for Government Schools in Nagaland by the Department of School Education, Nagaland in the interest of the students' community seeking admission in Government Higher Secondary Schools. Students may apply to any school and any stream under Govt. Higher Secondary Schools from the convenience of their home using PC, laptop, tablet or any smart phones.

Under no circumstances the department will be liable or guarantee admission to any of the schools applied through this portal. The respective schools will shortlist the candidates on merit basis from among the candidates applied for admission through online or offline. The shortlisted candidates will be informed for admission and payment of the admission fee through online or by cash if online payment could not be done.

Candidates are subject to provide correct information while filling personal and other necessary information in the portal as is asked for, failing which his/her admission/candidature is liable to be cancelled at any stage on detection of misinformation.

Fees once paid will not be refundable if the candidate withdraws his/her application, fail to join school, fail to appear exam, etc. But in the event of multiple online payment over the same service, the case may be considered and initiate examination for refund of additional amount being paid.
While all the necessary measures and constraints have been incorporated to prevent multiple payment by a candidate in the portal, multi payment issues may happen in some scenerios; since online payment involves many external entities which is beyond the control of the portal. If such cases arise, refund may be done after verification of the transaction details.
